What shipping method do you use?
Shipping Policy
We ship your orders directly from India. We use reliable courier services like DHL, Air Borne Express, etc. and your order is insured while in transit.
Shipping Cost :-
The basic shipping is $5 per product + $10 surcharge per order. This means if you order 1 Product, the shipping will be $5+$10 = $15. In other case, if you order 3 products, the shipping will be $15 ($5*3) + $10 = $25.

We offer the lowest prices. You won't get the same quality product on prices that we offer. Why do we charge a $10 Surcharge on every order?
The minimum courier charges from India to US, Canada & Europe are $15. But as you increase the quantity, the shipping charges increase just by weight.

We ship Monday through Friday. Every effort is made to ship the items within 1 business day. You will normally receive your order within 4-6 days depending on your location.
Signature Required :-
All orders are shipped by Reliable Courier Service with SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY. Please provide a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for your package upon delivery.

What is your refund / exchange policy?
At the moment, we do not entertain refunds. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, you can exchange your purchase for a different item on our store. You must ship the item at your expense and be received by us within 4 days of your receipt of the goods. It must be complete, unused and undamaged. The shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
